About
Launched in 2004, the W.E.B. Du Bois Society is a 501(c)(3) corporation that endeavors to leave a lasting, transformational impact on black teen culture—shifting the way black teens, families and communities think about, recognize and reward academic achievement. The organization’s programs address cultural attitudes, behaviors and influences that affect (positively or negatively) academic ambition among African-American youth.
